Five-Star Dental Experience from Start to Finish! I cannot recommend this dental office highly enough! From the moment I walked through the door, the reception team greeted me with warm, welcoming smiles that instantly set a positive tone for my visit. The entire process was seamless, professional, and incredibly efficient. The clinical team started with a quick and comfortable set of X-rays, leading straight into a thorough consultation with my dentist. During the exam, the dentist identified that two of my very old crowns needed to be replaced. They explained everything clearly using the digital imaging, making me feel completely informed and at ease with the treatment plan. Next, I met with the financial coordinator, who was absolutely wonderful. They broke down the costs, navigated my insurance perfectly, and made the financial side of things completely transparent and stress-free. My appointment continued with a deep cleaning, which included an advanced decontamination and laser treatment. The hygienist was gentle yet meticulous, and my mouth has never felt fresher or cleaner. Finally, the dentist removed my old crowns, prepared the teeth for the new ones, and placed the temporary crowns. The entire procedure was entirely pain-free. The temporaries look and feel fantastic while my permanent crowns are being custom-crafted. Dr Trad was able to replace a previous top front bridge that wasn't working well,at this time the new bridge is working with great satisfaction and Layana and assistant were extremely very helpful, know have a pleasant smile! 😁.
